Checkmate Chess Puzzle's Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Checkmate: Chess Puzzle (the “Application”), developed and operated by Cakep Banget (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with your use of the Application.

The Application does not request or receive your Google Account password.

Because Google Play Games Services is operated and controlled by Google, certain account information and data may be stored directly by Google and may not be accessible to or controlled by us.

Following the instructions provided on our Data Deletion page may direct you to Google’s services or account-management tools. Data deletion performed through Google is subject to Google’s own policies and procedures.

10. Children’s Privacy #

The Application is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13, or such higher minimum age as may be required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
